She assists the project manager in carrying out all the project activities. She endures the management of the human resources involved in the project. She coordinates the operational planning of activities. She organizes meetings. She draws up the narrative and financial reports.

Financial Officer
She provides project implementation-related financial consulting and services. She is responsible for the correct use of public funds. She participates to the writing of regular and final financial reports.

She provides project implementation-related legal advice and legal services.

Information and Publicity Officer
She carries out promotion activities. She ensures the visibility of the project, while respecting the Visual Identity Manual. She is in contact with the transnational partner.

Activities Organization / Implementation Officer
She organizes the project activities. She works together with the Human Resources Officer and with the Project Manager on the implementation of activities. She participates to the writing of the narrative and financial reports.

Logistics Officer
He organizes procurement activities in direct collaboration with the specialized services from the applicant institution and in accordance with specific legislation. He is responsible for the regular and final reports, in collaboration with the project partners. He participates to the organization of meetings and training sessions.
